FFL shuttle time frames

There is a group of 3 of us flying in to FFL and getting in just before 12:30 on the day of our cruise. We're coming from different areas but still arriving around the same time. We were looking at shuttles and it seems the last shuttles that run from FFL to POM are at 1pm. This seems like it would be cutting a little close to get off our flights, get our luggage, and out to pick up location. We were looking at MJS mainly but then looked at a few others and 1pm seems to be the last pick up. Has anyone run into this or had any issues if you need a few extra minutes? We just don't want to book and then have them complain that we're not out right at 1pm even if we give them a heads up. TIA

The shuttles start winding down because people don't usually arrive that late at FLL, and still need to get to POM. Not many people are willing to cut it that close.

I have no idea about shuttle times at the Fairfield, IA airport. :rolleyes:

 

 

But when arriving at Ft Lauderdale as late as you are for a same day cruise from PortMiami I would be grabbing my luggage and jumping into the next taxi. Every minute spent waiting for a rendezvous with shared transportation would send my blood pressure skyrocketing.

If none of your flights get delayed, your best bet is a taxi, private car or Uber in order to make it to POM in time to make your ship before it leaves.

What is your plan if one ( or two) of the three flights arrives late? You willing to sit and miss your ship for the late friend/s?You need a plan b and c.

 

 

For sure..get in a cab or uber xl. Skip the shuttles. Up to you all how you handle the rest.
