Shadow9612 Posted February 18, 2017 #1 Share Posted February 18, 2017 This past holiday cruise on Equinox was the first time I didn't see Cheese Blintzes available in the Ocienview Cafe. Does anyone know if they are still available on any of the solstice ships? (I was disappointed, until I met the cheese danishes at Al Bacio. Incredible.) ChucktownSteve Posted February 19, 2017 #9 Share Posted February 19, 2017 What's a blintze? Blintzes are of European origin. A blintz is a thin crepe-like pancake usually filled with a ricotta-cream cheese mixture. But they can also be filled with fruit. They are folded to form a casing (around the cheese or fruit) and then sautéed or baked.
