megsteveg Posted February 26, 2017 #1 Share Posted February 26, 2017 I've been trying to print my luggage tags for my March 5 BA sailing, and when I do, the format for the tags prints on one page, and our stateroom information prints on another. Has anyone else had this issue? If I can't figure it out to make it print properly, am I able to write the information on the tag template by hand? TaterSalad Posted February 26, 2017 #2 Share Posted February 26, 2017 I have the same problem when I try to print from my tablet (IPad). I don't know how to fix it but it worked fine when I printed from my laptop. Before I had the laptop I did write in the info on the luggage tags that didn't print properly. You can also get the luggage tags from the porters at the port. Maybe someone more savvy on here can help with why they don't always print correctly. BLACKBURNROVERS Posted February 26, 2017 #4 Share Posted February 26, 2017 We always get them sent to us in the post
wdsted Posted February 26, 2017 #5 Share Posted February 26, 2017 We haven't bothered with luggage tags for years. We either roll our bags on or, for longer/colder cruises, just let the porters slap on the tags. EZ-PZ.
Demonyte Posted February 26, 2017 #6 Share Posted February 26, 2017 We always get them sent to us in the post Only full suite guests in North America get tags mailed to them, that's a very small percentage of all passengers.

Cruising...our happy place Posted February 26, 2017 #8 Share Posted February 26, 2017 I had the same issue with printing. When I tried one luggage tag at a time -- with a different size paper (my printer had a vertical option) -- it finally worked. JohnChiang Posted February 26, 2017 #9 Share Posted February 26, 2017 I solved this problem by unchecking the box for "print headers and footers".

cb at sea Posted February 27, 2017 #13 Share Posted February 27, 2017 Just get REAL tags from the porters! They have PLENTY! No "craft project" needed.
Kruizin'Kath Posted February 27, 2017 #14 Share Posted February 27, 2017 I had the same problem. Just printed one then cut it out, taped it on to the other sheet and copied it!
BLACKBURNROVERS Posted February 27, 2017 #15 Share Posted February 27, 2017 (edited) only if you are in a suite. all other guests need to print their own or have the porters tag their bags at the port. Not factually correct. Always get our travel agent to post them to us. Never been near a suite and not likely to.We do not even have a printer Edited February 27, 2017 by BLACKBURNROVERS

You can outsource your printing duties to whomever you want to but that has nothing to do with who gets their luggage tags mailed from NCL - you don't get those either. Escaping2016 Posted February 27, 2017 #17 Share Posted February 27, 2017 It is just as easy to get them from the porters right at the pier Sent from my iPhone using Forums
BLACKBURNROVERS Posted February 27, 2017 #18 Share Posted February 27, 2017 .That has nothing to do with who gets their luggage tags mailed from NCL - you don't get those either. Nobody mentioned anything about luggage tags being sent by NCL. I am saying it is easy enough to get your travel agent to send them to you. If you happen to book direct with NCL then that option is obviously not available.
