Shuttle buses at Fort Lauderdale docks

As we are staying in Fort Lauderdale after our cruise, will there be shuttle buses to take us to our hotel when we dock. Do we have to make arrangements before our cruise? There will be 4 adults and two children with probably 5 or 6 pieces of luggage.

You will have to ask your hotel if they will come and get you bevy. And yes, you should look into it or arrange it before you sail. The other options would be cab or Uber.

Shuttle from the port to a hotel? I've never seen it, but it costs nothing to ask the hotel.

I do remember when we docked at Miami they had numerous shuttles and taxis. I am surprised that there is no transportation available from the Port Everglades Cruise Terminal.

There is all kinds of transportation available from PE to FLL area, and many hotels offer complementary shuttle service.

Well, there are shuttles and taxis....but your post implied that you were looking for a specific shuttle to your hotel. And again, that is something that you would need to arrange with your hotel. We were just trying to help. :)
