Towels

Going on Allure in May. Do they give you towels as you are getting off the ship in each port, or do I need to get them from pool area before we leave?

I would definitely get them from the pool deck and take them off with you for two reasons.

1. They may not have anybody issuing towels as you get off the ship they do not always.

2. If you get all the way down to exit the ship and nobody is there or they have ran out you then have to go all the way back to the pool deck anyhow to get the towels.

We are on the allure now and they have had a station set up as you are getting off the boat with towels. And they are there to take them as you get back on. Very convenient!!

I have only cruised in Carnival before. RC doesn't leave the beach towels in your room?

Not normally. I've seen suites get towels from time to time, but that's not universal.

That is what we do so we do not have to wait in line exiting the ship. When we reboard the ship, we exchange the wet towels for clean ones if there is no line at the towel station as you board. Saves going up to the pool deck.
