Blazin6969 Posted March 19, 2017 #1 Share Posted March 19, 2017 Since you are ported for 3 days do you pay taxes on your alcoholic beverages during those 3 days while docked if you have the ultimate beverage package? Whats open and not open on the boat. I've been on a few ncl cruises before and when ported the shops and things are closed. Only reason I am asking is we are considering going in September. Any other information would be great too.
1025cruise Posted March 19, 2017 #2 Share Posted March 19, 2017 I don't believe there will be taxes on drinks. Shops will be closed. Casino will probably open at night.
Tatka Posted March 19, 2017 #3 Share Posted March 19, 2017 I believe casino is closed all the time while there.
ColinIllinois Posted March 19, 2017 #4 Share Posted March 19, 2017 (edited) I believe casino is closed all the time while there. Incorrect information. The casino is open at night. It changed a few years back. Edited March 19, 2017 by ColinIllinois
TYSONBOXER Posted March 19, 2017 #5 Share Posted March 19, 2017 Shops are closed while in Bermuda, casino opens every night at 9pm to 3am while at port. You do not pay tax on drinks. Everything else on ship is open. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

1025cruise Posted March 19, 2017 #8 Share Posted March 19, 2017 Great, thanks for the information guys! Is there is a certain side of the ship you want your balcony to be on? It doesn't matter. The ship can dock on either side depending on maintenance.
