Carnival recommends no flights earlier than 11:30 AM, so you should be fine assuming there are no delays in docking.

I just sailed on the Dream and with self debark, I was off the ship before 7 am.

I have flown out of New Orleans on Carnival Cruises 5 times. We have always been at the airport by 8:30 the latest 9:30. Just do Self Assist if you are worried and you should be plenty early. Our last cruise out of NOLA in September we were at the airport by 8:30 and couldn't even check into our 1:00 flight yet. You will be more than fine.

I've heard others who have a specific flight time have gone to Guest Services the evening before the debarkation date and asked for an earlier debark number... if you can't do Self-debark and you're worried this might be the way to go.

you should be even without early debarkation, pretty much the ship is emptied by 10, the airport is 20 minutes away. Take a taxi or Uber so you don't have to wait for a shuttle to fill up.

Yes, No problems. Airport isn't far 15-20 mins.
