Flights and excursions

We are cruising out of San Francisco to Hawaii and I am curious when the flights start to show on EZ air and when excursions show up. All the other cruises I have took they show up about 365 before the sailing.

Usually 330 days before the flight at the end of the cruise.

Excursions often don't show up until about 180 days before the cruise.

It may depend on cruise destinations. We reserved a shore excursion for our Sept sailing last December.
