Does anyone have an Escape/Bliss pool deck side by side comparison photo? I thought I saw it in this thread but I can't find it now.

 

I'm trying to convince my other half that they corrected literally the only negative that we had about the Escape (pool deck) and that we need to book the Bliss immediately.

I don’t see a separate exercise room in the haven on the ship diagrams. I’ve read other ships have them. Did they make space for more pool deck instead?

What is the water feature at Spuce H20? Is it like the Grotto on the Escape? Was a nice place to cool off on the Escape without going back to the pool

This is my list of potential “fixes”...

 

1) Pool Deck. The unknowns: now that the upper floor bar is gone, where will the smokers be relocated to? What will happen with bar service on the upper deck... is it all Margaritaville & Garden Cafe now?

 

2) Atrium smoke smell. The unknowns: will the enclosed smoking room across from Skyline treat the air effectively to make this a long-term solution.

 

3) Crowded public spaces. I’m thinking the observation lounge (huge!) will attract people from other areas day & night. I’m also thinking the pool deck may retain people deeper into the night with the new layout & big screen possibilities.

 

4) Atrium Event madness. Will the new Guest Services / Starbucks layout make the Atrium shows more accessible for the masses they attract?

 

It’ll be fun to watch how these all pan out.

I suspect NCL may have a trick up its sleeve, with a retractable or some other screen technology.

It’s reporting anywhere from 12-20 knots in those turns. The shortest 180 turn time-wise appears to be around 15 minutes.

 

I don’t think the crew have their arms raised while screaming during the “fast” turns.

I can't hardly wait one more mo nth before she sails. I find myself making a growing list of very important things that I know we can really know until her voyages are underway. Does anyone else have unanswered questions? What are they? Are there actual answers to some of my questions, and not just guesses?

 

 

Will there really be two seater go-carts?

Will they really go 35mph?

Will Cagneys have Tomahawks or bigger steaks?

Will OB really have local seafood?

Will there be a raw bar?

Will DBH have real or even local craft beer, not just AB-inbev sellout breweries, grr?

Will there be bar games at The Local?

Will Maltings have a decent Bourbon list?

Will the barmen's drinks be worth a damn?

Will the Humidor have a good vibe, or will it be forced?

Will the Skyline bar have a Vegas VP bar feel?

How bad could the Video Poker really be at the bar?

Will I be able to shower in the locker rooms after a workout?

Will any of the waterslides be doable on our AK itinerary?

Will the Craps table be a $5 table?

What tables games will there be?

Will there be a $5 BlackJack table?

Will it be 3:2?

Real poker table or Electronic?

Will some of the unique rooms be the same as on Escape (x700's)?

Will They have parka's to hand out while close to glaciers?
