we are sailing May 7 on Allure of the Seas; just wondering how difficult (or not) it will be to get a taxi to the airport on debarkation day??

No problem at all, taxis are plentiful, around $15 to the airport. If they quote you a per person rate, walk away and find a real taxi.

If you look it up on Google maps, the fll and Port Everglades are directly ajacent. Bob should be right I have seen 10-15 total no person needed.

 

I will getting off the same ship on the 7th. Enjoy.

We use Uber. Fort Lauderdale taxis are...like most taxis [emoji31]

Should you need it, there will also be van/SUV taxis in the queue for the same price as a sedan.

Uber was $8 and change from PE to FLL.

No, but since there will thousands of people getting off the ship with you and many cars pulling in and out, you will have to hunt down the driver. Just keep an eye on your phone where the driver is

 

Taxi's in Fort Lauderdale are awful in my opinion

I just got off a cruise Saturday in Ft Lauderdale, grabbed a van as we got off, it was $11/person to the airport, plus tip.
