No email from concierge:(

We had GS on 3 cruises and never received an unsolicited email from the concierge. I did get one in response to one I sent once asking for a cabana on Labadee. It's hit or miss and has been for as long as we've been cruising. We haven't been in anything about a JS in about 4 years, but others have reported the same spotty contact.

Same. I actually e-mailed the concierge with a few questions 2 weeks prior to our last sailing in a GS and received no response at all.

 

Hopefully that's the only bump in the road and that you have a great time on your cruise!

I think it is hit or miss.

 

Half the time heard from the one on the Freedom.

Never heard from the one on the Oasis or Mariner and

Our last 4 times on Allure always got the mass produced e-mail.

 

A little more consistent lately.

 

Got it about 6-10 days out.
