Casual gamblers don't really get any perks. A player is playing 4+ hours a day and not betting $5 a hand.
cb at sea Posted April 1, 2017 #7 Share Posted April 1, 2017 4+ hours minimum, and at least $25 per hand....if you're a slot player, you will need to run HUNDREDS thru the machines to get point from that.
MURCOTT Posted April 1, 2017 #8 Share Posted April 1, 2017 Do you have the email/contact info? In February I contacted them at casino@carnival.com and was told that email would be deactivated in the coming weeks and future inquiries should go to www.oceanplayersclub.com. They have cut back on comps based on previous cruises and the last couple of times I asked they said I did not qualify for any pre-boarding comps or offers. iamsteph Posted April 2, 2017 Author #9 Share Posted April 2, 2017 In February I contacted them at casino@carnival.com and was told that email would be deactivated in the coming weeks and future inquiries should go to www.oceanplayersclub.com. They have cut back on comps based on previous cruises and the last couple of times I asked they said I did not qualify for any pre-boarding comps or offers. I sent an email to the casino@carnival.com address. It didn't bounce back, but if I don't hear from them in the next week or two I'll try the oceanplayersclub contact. Occasionally DH will get offers on discounted casino sailings, so maybe he'll get an offer ;p
