We will be staying with friends in West Palm Beach before our cruise which leaves out of the Port of Miami.

Any suggestions for limo or shuttle services? Anything that would work if we could get to the West Palm Beach airport?

The drive takes about 1.5 hours. Larry's Limos is often suggested on this board, and Uber is another option.

You could rent a car one-way (PBI- MIA) and then National, Alamo or Thrifty will shuttle you to POM for free. If you get a deal from another company at MIA the cab fare to POM is $27 or Uber closer to $16.

Finally, the Tri-Rail train from PB to MIA and then a taxi/uber to the port is an economical but not fast option.

If you are going after June, you'll be able to use the new Brightline Rail.

Miami service starts in September, not June. PB-FTL will be starting in June.

If you are going after September the Brightline will be a good option. If you don't mind waking up earlier and taking a bit longer time the Tri-Rail takes you to MIA and from there you can grab an Uber or Taxi.

We just got back from a cruise so hope this helps. We flew into West Palm Beach and took an uber to our hotel south of Fort Lauderdale, $71 (took 1 1/2 hours with traffic). At the end of our cruise we took an uber from the cruise port to the airport in West Palm Beach, $53. Very easy!

We were 3 adults, 3 checked bags and ordered an UberX.
