I have been trying for weeks with no success. I know the site was down for maintenance a few days ago and I had hoped this problem was rectified. It has not. Denise Yes I had problems checking in for our upcoming cruises and had to get Azamara to do it manually the first time after many cruises with them we have had that issue so I am assuming there is some underlying problem. The Azamara invoice for the cruise I have just booked for January 2018 says that you can check-in online 90 days before the cruise. Surprised this can't be done on-line now. I have called Azmara a few times since booking this cruise for various questions. Seems I get the same clueless guy whenever I call. Very frustrating! Not sure what MyAzamara offers that this doesn't but you might try this approach. Mind you- they also said I should first print out luggage tags but they are not yet available since I don't sail till October, but the rest works.
