Difficulties Adding Information to My Azmara

Is anyone else experiencing problems with adding passport, companion, etc. information into your Azmara account? I have been trying for weeks with no success. I know the site was down for maintenance a few days ago and I had hoped this problem was rectified. It has not.

Yes I had problems checking in for our upcoming cruises and had to get Azamara to do it manually the first time after many cruises with them we have had that issue so I am assuming there is some underlying problem. You are probably going to have to call them to get them to add information manually

Not trying to check in. Trying to add my husband's information (companion information), passport information and such. Surprised this can't be done on-line now. I have called Azmara a few times since booking this cruise for various questions. Seems I get the same clueless guy whenever I call. Very frustrating! Maybe my TA can accomplish what I cannot.

When is your cruise? The Azamara invoice for the cruise I have just booked for January 2018 says that you can check-in online 90 days before the cruise.

Mine starts in two weeks time and we gave up trying to sort it out about a week ago and as direct bookers had Azamara sort it out

I have not yet been able to get into MyAzamara. They suggested that I go directly to Booked Guests and enter the information from there. Not sure what MyAzamara offers that this doesn't but you might try this approach. Mind you- they also said I should first print out luggage tags but they are not yet available since I don't sail till October, but the rest works.
