Rock wall shoes

What shoes are allowed on the rock climbing wall? Do they have to be tennis shoes or can they be the rubber soled beach shoes (which are actually much more like true rock climbing shoes).

 

I guess another way to ask this would be......what are tennis shoes needed for to participate in the sport deck on Adventure?

They give you climbing shoes, along with the harness and helmet - just need to have socks.

Closed toe shoes are needed for most things on the sports deck. I know we have played mini golf and ping pong in sandals, but they would not allow anyone to participate in the ping pong tournament without closed toe shoes.

 

They provide rock climbing shoes though.
