Cruise certificates

On my last cruise with royal Caribbean I won a cruise for 2 from the casino but the ports are all too far away. Anyone else won anything like this and maybe we're able to use it as a credit towards another cruise from a closer port?? Any information is appreciated!

I would be a) calling RCI, and b) asking on the Royal Caribbean portion of Cruise Critic, here:

The issuing entity will be in the best position to give you an answer.

Agree - call RCI as they would be the best source for an answer. I would also ask for a supervisor and make it clear you are not calling to book a cruise.

Thanks so much guys guess I'll be calling tomorrow being I have only 30 days after cruise to use it!
