Pack and play

We will be leaving for our cruise in 10 days!! Explorer of the seas! We requested a pack and play (crib for toddler). However I'm wondering if I should follow up with an email to RC? Anyone know who to email and should I wait until next week to email?

Is it noted on your reservation? It is usually noted under that passengers name if they made the correct notes :-) and we have never had an issue with it being in the room when we get there :-) it's always there :-)

Good question! I would agree with DkswartzFamily, check the reservation, but it can't hurt to reach out to the email Bob gave you just to double check. Better safe than sorry. Have an awesome trip!

Ok we made the request after the original reservation. Is there a place on RCCL website to see the current reservation?

We've never had trouble getting one when it's been requested in our booking...I would suggest bringing your own fitted sheet.

If you call the RCI customer service line (866-562-7625) they can check the reservation, should be on there. They automatically added it when I booked online with my son when he was one and two years old. I called to request it but RCI said it was already on the reservation! Both times the pack and play showed up with no issues and he slept great.

 

I agree with Ashland that bringing your own fitted sheet is a good move, and anything else you kid sleeps with (pillow, stuffed animals, etc).

Thanks for the advice- we always forget the fitted sheets on hotel trips. I'll add to the packing list:)
