DRPWDunIL Posted June 2, 2017 #1 Share Posted June 2, 2017 We are booked for a cruise over Christmas on the Royal Princess. As of now, there is only one excursion available/listed for Amber Cove on that trip. Barbados is Christmas day, so I expected the choices to be more limited. Just wondering if we can expect more excursion options to be added as we get closer to the sailing date. I don't know what cycle the excursion contracts are on. We had no issue with having a good menu for our Alaskan cruise but that was a June cruise. If new contracts are negotiated and begin in the fall or winter, perhaps that is why the other typical excursions in Puerto Plata don't appear yet. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks! caribill Posted June 3, 2017 #2 Share Posted June 3, 2017 With the cruise being more than 6 months away, it is possible that more might be added.
Thrak Posted June 3, 2017 #3 Share Posted June 3, 2017 At that far out sometimes there are no excursions listed at all. Be patient.
