Cruizann Posted June 6, 2017 #1 Share Posted June 6, 2017 I would like to know if I can easily use my canadian banking card (a major canadian bank) with a 4 digit pin to withdraw euro's in Amsterdam and Haarlem? Are there many ATM's to do this? (When we were in Spain it was easy to do so). Thank you so much for your advise.

Rare LHT28 Posted June 6, 2017 #3 Share Posted June 6, 2017 We did not have a problem but be sure to notify your bank that you are travelling & check your daily withdrawal limit Some will only allow $500 CAD per day some less
DrivesLikeMario Posted June 6, 2017 #4 Share Posted June 6, 2017 Same as it is in Spain. Super easy.
Brigbound Posted June 6, 2017 #5 Share Posted June 6, 2017 We just got back from Ams. If arriving in Schipol- use ATMs run by Dutch banks rather than Travelex for a better exchange rate. Generally had no problem locating ATMs in public and read our chip cards fine.
