grmmybtty Posted January 15, 2018 #26 Share Posted January 15, 2018 Were booked on a ‘Grand Voyage’ in Oct/Nov, from Venice to Rome/Rome to Monte Carlo — it is also being sold as two separate cruises. My question is this: on the second leg (Rome to Monte Carlo) we will become Silver Level Club Members, which will generate more OBC as well as including gratuities. But, since these two legs are also a Grand Voyage, will we receive the Silver Level benefits? If Oceania treats this as one Grand Voyage Cruise, it would technically be #9 9 for us. But if they look at it as two legs, we hit #10 on the second. Anyone have experience with this? I believe that the number of credits you will receive is dependent on the number of days of your grand voyage. We sailed on a grand voyage from Barcelona to Venice, which was also offered as 2 separate cruises: Barcelona to Rome and Rome to Venice. We were unable to book it as a B2B, so instead of 2 credits, we received only one since the total cruise was only 15 days. Neverthless, we reached the silver level with that cruise and received all the extra amenities at the start of the cruise.
robandlil Posted January 21, 2018 #27 Share Posted January 21, 2018 I’ve pulled cash from my obc account in the casino. I believe there was a 10% fee though. This was on a celebrity cruise, but may work for any casino.

Rare ORV Posted January 21, 2018 #29 Share Posted January 21, 2018 We have a similar situation next November, we will hit 9 and 10 on a grand voyage. As we have booked it as one cruise we will get the enhanced OBC and we will get gratuities paid for entire cruise. As Gmmybetty said, we need to know how many days your total cruise is before we can answer.

Luckily we were able to change our 14 day GV into two seven day cruises - thus receiving 2 cruise credits and all the Plat status benefits twice instead of once only -win/win. In addition, one segment had TA PPG - so we get that as OBC which we would not on GV.
