First Time Cruiser: Parking Cost at Port Everglades (Ft. Lauderdale, FL)

Hi everyone,

I am a first time cruiser cruising on the Carnival Conquest on Saturday. I plan on driving and leaving my car in the parking deck at Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, FL for the duration of my cruise. I'm curious how much parking will be? Daily? Weekly?

But as I recall some off site places are changing.

We use park n go at Port Everglades. Less than a mile to terminal, shuttle to and from ship, and much cheaper than port. right around $8.00 a day.

Parking at port is $15 per day.

It is 15 a day but, if your lucky, you can get spot literally walking out of the terminal. We did last time we were there. Not covered so put in a sun shade but it was nice to walk maybe 20 feet and get into our vehicle.

15.00 at the terminal and so worth it. My niece drove to Fort Lauderdale so parked at the terminal for our cruise. It was very convenient.

Park & Go was 10.50/day (prepaid)

 

I also found Park and Fly at http://www.airportparkinginc.com which also valets your car and shuttles you to and from the port (parking at various nearby locations (hotels, parking decks, etc.)) for cheaper (between $25-40 for 5 days). Anyone heard of this?

There is no pre-pay parking at Port Everglades. To quote the website: "All daily rates begin when you pull the parking ticket from the machine at the garage or parking lot."

Gold Coast Cruise and Fly Parking is $8 per day. We have used them for three years now. They have a secure fenced in lot and provide shuttle van service directly to and from your pier. If you are on a longer cruise, you can save some money.
