Formula/Diaper shops at the AMS airport or cruise terminal (Amsterdam) ?

Hi All, We will be traveling with a baby going straight from the airport to cruise terminal. It would be ideal if we don't have to pack all the formula and diaper in our luggage. Does anyone know if there's a shop at the Amsterdam Schiphol airport or cruise terminal sell baby formula and diapers?

 

If there's any advice on cruising with a baby, please share.

Schiphol: Alphega Pharmacy carries diapers - don't know about baby formula. You could email and ask.

In the shopping area at the airport after customs and after luggage pickup you will see an AH (Albert Heyn) supermarket store. Very likely they sell those items.

Another AH is more east of the cruiseterminal: Winkelcentrum BraziliëOostelijke Handelskade 1065, 1019 BW Amsterdam

Have you checked with your cruise line if they can arrange formula for you? I realize they might charge a lot but it will relieve hassle looking for baby items after landing.

Being a mere male and taking the babies side - is all formula the same? The child will have to get used to different water used in the formula, but if the formula is not the one that the child is used to, then.............??? (stock up on diapers!:eek:)

Hi All, Thank you so very much for the suggestion. I contacted the stores that you mentioned at the airport and cruise terminal. Unfortunately, they don't sell the formula we need. I will keep looking. If you know any big chain "super market"/ pharmacy on our way from the airport to cruise terminal, please let us know.

 

Also, do you happen to know if any facility/office receives mail on our behalf? Our formula is from Europe and I can order them online...
