Does anyone have Princess Anchorage and Whittier cruise line agent contact info??

Friends got stuck at Seattle due to Alaska Airline plane issue (supposed to arrive at ANC late Friday night) but now Alaska airline put them on Saturday pm flight to ANC - they're not sure if they can make the ship?

 

They bought ticket from EZ-Air but booked their own pre-cruise tour which including the port xfer but now everything is up in the air ..

 

Does Anchorage have Uber or Lyft ?

 

Any info is appreciated.

They should call Princess' En Route desk at 800-545-0008 and give them the new flight information. Given the distance between the airport and the port itself, they probably should ask about taking the Princess transfer, if time permits.

They are likely going to miss the ship. It's a 3-1/2 hr flight to Anchorage. Then collect luggage and get to transfer...Don't know when the last Princess transfer is. If they are still meeting at the airport, it might be possible. They would have to make the 6:30pm tunnel to make the check in cutoff for the 8:30 sailing. Of course, knowing they are on the ground en route, Princess might wait...Also, we don't know what time that afternoon flight leaves Seattle. Catching up in the next port? Skagway on the 11th...EM
