Well, actually, I think I've read that NCL's Haven restaurant's menu does not change...so it's a fair question.

There are 5/6 choices per course and 2/3 change per evening.

The Haven menu doesn't change during the week but Haven guests can actually order anything on the ship that is being served in other restaurants and have it delivered to the Haven restaurant....but it takes a long time.
