Birthday on Constellation

We are boarding the Connie on 22nd and my wife's birthday is 23rd. We are Aqua class. Do they do anything in Blu if you tell the position for a birthday. Anyone any experience?

We had a 50th Wedding Anniversary. Mentioned it to the assistant maitre 'd and were served a special dessert that evening.

I got a cake in Blu on Millennium.

They will have a small cake for her. Last year I found a "Happy Birthday" cake topper that had little lights on it. I took it to the hostess before we went to dinner. The staff figured out how to make the lights work & it was twinkling when they brought him the cake.
