Captain Club's points

If two people are staying in the same cabin but are not "married" and each one has their own Captain's club number does Celebrity combine the two club number points? example; we sailed last year together but only have 35 points (our first ever cruise) or should we have a total combined of 70?

I can't find the answer on Celebrity's website.

And it doesnt matter how many rooms you pay for, you only get the points for your own cruise. If you occupy the room solo, you get double points but if you have a roommate, there is no way to put the other person's points into your account.

Just like frequent flyer miles with the airlines. The person who flies gets the miles, not the person who pays.
