What a kind gesture. Don't you just love Carnival staff and the ways they bend over backwards to please passengers? Hopefully this will help.

It won't help now but when you are on your ship you can go to the head of housekeeping right there and give praise about any staff member .

We might do that in addition to writing letter to the corporate office.
