Valerie You will see at least one fort. The Royal Navel Dockyard is a fort. The most impressive of the many Bermuda forts in my opinion are Fort Hamilton and Fort St. Catherine. Fort St. Catherine is more historically impressive and has artifacts to see. Fort St. Catherine would be at the top of my list as best to visit. DeltaOne Posted July 26, 2017 #4 Share Posted July 26, 2017 Which Fort is the most impressive? Certainly not the most impressive, but it's small, quiet and the view towards the Dockyard is quite nice. Fort Scaur.
biker@sea Posted July 26, 2017 #5 Share Posted July 26, 2017 One of our favorite area's is Gate's Fort @ the cut into St. George. Along with Alexandra Battery and snorkeling from the Glass beach there.:) In June I was thrilled to snorkel with a school of cuttlefish there.
navybankerteacher Posted July 27, 2017 #6 Share Posted July 27, 2017 There is a beautiful beach right next to Fort St. Catherine, which is definitely worth seeing.
