Guarantee Question

We have booked a GTY cabin for a December 2017 cruise and paid the deposit.

We received 3 emails with documents attached - all look fine.

 

However, when we go to My Celebrity, log-in and select 'Manage Your Vacation' we see: "No Upcoming Vacations"

Is this because we are on GTY or because we have paid only the deposit?

 

When should we see details of our cruise and be able to book additional items?

Every time I've booked a GTY, I have been assigned a specific cabin within 72 hours. If you have received a cabin assignment and there are still available cabins in the category you've been assigned, you can switch to a more desirable one. I love the savings of booking a GTY!

The OP is from the UK and it has been my experience that you can't swap within category if you book a GTY. They have clamped down on that here.
