Edelman serve beer and soda machines

I read somewhere that o board the Koningsdam they had self serve beer and soda machines. Does anyone know if this is true and if so how does it work?

It is true, but not sure how it works. The self serve location was up on the Lido deck, midship area by the Lido bar I think. To be honest we never saw anyone using either.

I would expect it still takes the 15% in the price. But maybe not.

Pouring beer from the self serve station is fun - but tricky! You have to know how to tilt the mug so you don't get too much foam. With practice it gets better and the good thing is that it weighs the glass and charges you per ounce, so if you don't quite get a full mug you don't pay for a full one.
