Is anyone familiar with Shore Excursions Asia, a subsidiary of Viet Visions Travel, headquartered in Hanoi? We have arranged several Vietnam private shore excursions with them for a December Cruise. Are they reliable and reputable?

We are part of a group sailing Sydney to Hong Kong to Tokyo in the spring. We have 15 ports along the way including 3 in Viet Nam and 3 in Thailand.

A member of our cruise critic group is organizing many tours on this 40 day cruise. They are all with Shore Excursions Asia. We have received confirmation and updates from them and they will hold invoice until we reach the minimum price for each group (usually 10 or more). They have the best policies and prices, I think.
