I presume that Regent offices will also be closing since they are located at the same address on Corporate Drive in Miami? Just a heads up. I guess if we need to call we'd be speaking with different individuals as those normally seated in Miami. Just FYI. Guess we are going to get a big one in Florida -- please friends -- stay safe.O's Office is closed until ?? Phone calls going to a remote call center Web site expected to be up. Rare RachelG Posted September 9, 2017 #2 Share Posted September 9, 2017 Got an email from Silversea that their offices are closed, with a number to call if we have any pressing issues (which we don't since we are not sailing with them again till next August). Remember, they have a phone answering group/office in Omaha.
