Grandeur band in centrum.

Does anyone know who is currently playing in the centrum on Grandeur? Nexus, who was fabulous, was supposed to be leaving in August.

Locomotion.

We haven't watched enough to provide a review, but the Centrum is completely packed whenever they play.

Late August it was Locomotion. Polish group (had a nice chat with them). 3 guys playing, female singer.

 

Also had a duo (violin and guitar) for instrumental music at times.

Hope locomotion is there over Christmas. Have enjoyed them on several cruises.

Any thoughts on how danceable Locomotion is and if they will still be onboard in October? We were on the Grandeur in March/April and heard Nexus 4. While they were a good band, they were hard to dance to, particularly when the drummer took over lead vocals - the tempo of the song they were playing would change inconsistently and made for a not-so-great dance experience with them. Hubs and I enjoy dancing, so want to know if we'll be spending our time in the Centrum sitting at the bar or actually out on the dance floor in October. Thanks for whatever feedback anyone has on the topic!

Don't know how long they will be on board.

 

I thought their music was danceable, but not the music I wanted to dance to.

 

I did feel sorry for them, as the 70s party, after the DJ and dancers, Locomotion started playing, and everyone left.
