Rental car pickup at POM

I have a car rental for us at the end of our Navigator cruise in December, I see that Alamo has a shuttle bus pickup at POM to MIA rental place and am wondering where the pickup place is so we don't have to drag our luggage around.

The shuttle buses pass in front of each terminal and will pull over when you flag them down. Once they have a full load of passengers they will transport you to the Rental Car Center which is located across from Miami International Airport. The ride takes approximately fifteen minutes. Some shuttle bus drivers will ask to see your rental car paperwork before they let you on the shuttle. That is done because some cruise ship passengers are looking for free transportation back to MIA.

Does anyone know how frequently the shuttles pick-up at POM? And is it usually a crazy "madhouse" like the taxi lines are???
