Just curious if anyone has received an email or phone call from a PCC from HAL to solicit your business. I have never spoke to a PCC.:confused:

Yes, both - 3 or 4 times. I think they happened when they changed who we were assigned to.

Yes to both. I had put a cruise on hold, then let it expire without making the down payment because the only option was a non-refundable down payment and I needed to check with family before I skipped Thanksgiving to go on a cruise. The PCC called to check to see if they could help me book something since the hold had expired, and when they got voicemail they followed up with an email.

 

And it worked, because I ended up calling them back and booking. :)

Once, some time ago. It was pointless and I ended the conversation. The PCC was not offering us anything that our oniline TA could not provide, but at a higher net price.

Yes, we get phone messages from various Hal pcc's.

All claim to be wonderful and just what we need.

So far, we are just fine and cope very well, without tying ourselves to one person.

Had to tell a PCC twice not to phone me, I do not want to be solicited by anyone for anything.

Thanks everyone. I only received an email, no phone call. I think that if a PCC is any good, they will be too busy to cold call & email. I'll just ignore the email.

We've had the same PCC for several years and hear from her when new itineraries are coming that may interest us. She is like part of our family now as she knows us so well

We started to sail on HAL in 1996.

In all those years they have never called us or e-mailed us trying to sell us a cruise.

We have our own TA.
