Rare OzKiwiJJ Posted January 11, 2018 #26 Share Posted January 11, 2018 Eggs and fish not for you? You've obviously never tried Kedgeree then, of course for that you need to like a bit of curry too. :) I have tried it but aren't really that keen on it. Dobby_The_Ship_Elf Posted January 11, 2018 #27 Share Posted January 11, 2018 I lived there for 12 years; lovely place - but if you're looking for culture, its only a short one hour drive across to Rotorua which is the tourism hotspot for Maori culture. There are some amazing places there and I'm sure you would find something that suits you:) https://www.tripadvisor.co.nz/Attractions-g255114-Activities-Tauranga_Bay_of_Plenty_Region_North_Island.html Can you confirm or deny that a person who has a sulfer alergy would have medical issues in Rotorua

I'm allergic to sulphur antibiotics and never had any problems in Rotorua, and I worked there part time for eight years.
DT1304 Posted January 11, 2018 #29 Share Posted January 11, 2018 We found Kiwi 360 and Elms Mission House interesting. (I had never wondered how kiwifruit was grown before. :) ) Kiwi360 is closed sadly. I went there 2 years ago, and wanted to go back in December but was told it was closed and could not find them online anywhere.
