Carnevale Posted October 15, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 15, 2017 We've been off the ship for a week and are wondering when the post-cruise survey will arrive. It would be good to do it while things are still fresh - there are lots of compliments and a few suggestions we'd like to offer. Can anyone give me an idea of about when the survey will arrive? Or, have I missed getting it? Since sailing what I have been getting is at least 1 email from Cunard per day (or more) thanking me for sailing with them. We've now been thanked so many times it is starting to underscore the value/meaning of the thank you! We also get offer emails so it is a lot of Cunard email. Shame as although both cruises were excellent, we did have some comments. Maybe Cunard aren't really interested in what their passengers think?
