Just an FYI

Was able to make res for Sel de Mer, Pinnacle Grill, Tamarind and Canaletto for our 3/3/18 NA cruise yesterday.

Thanks for posting this! I had been able to book Canaletto, Tamarind & Sel de Mer for a while but not Pinnacle. Now I have them all booked. :)

Sel de Mer is offered only once on a cruise and once it is full, no more reservations.

Also, there were so many people with free Pinnacle dinners, it also was not open for reservations once on the ship.

I like to book early to make certain that we get the dates we want.

I understand your points.

Do you tend to make reservations in the PG for formal nights?

Are they more in demand that other nights?

Could one reasonably wait another month to make reservations for a March cruise? Looking at 8PM times.

That was what happened on my March cruise. Canaletto was up for about two weeks before the others opened.

Well, we should be due then ;) Canaletto has been up for a couple of weeks now.
