Transportation from FLL to Miami hotel

We will be flying in a day before we cruise on the Vista, March 10, 2018. We will be staying at the Courtyard, Downtown Miami. My question is, what would be the best mode of transportation for our family of 7 - (5 adults 2 children) to transfer from FLL to our Miami hotel? Does Uber X transport 2 or 4 people. Max Uber XL transports?

You could get two vehicles with Uber to accommodate your needs.

You would likely need an UberXL and an UberX to handle all 7 plus bags; UberXL fare will be about $70 and the UberX will cost you about $35+. I would also get quotes for private transport options from Larry's Limos, Go Airport and South Florida Limos.
