Do they have Mah Jonng sets on the Koningsdam?

 

Using BagsVIP for luggage delivery from plane directly to ship...also for ship to airport.

Wondering, if anyone else has used them & if it worked properly.

Joyce - what date are you sailing? I play mah jongg also. I don't know if they have sets onboard, but I can bring mine.

Jackets and ties are not required -- not in the main dining room -- not even on Gala Nights. Also not required in the specialty restaurants for either smart casual or gala nights.

I'm on November 21 and would love to play mahjongg occasionally. On the Zuiderdam, there were games in the Explorations Cafe that were not complete. However, the Assistant Cruise Director said she had complete sets in her office.

We were on the Koningsdam Transatlantic in March, 2018. For the TA portion there was mah jongg every morning. People also played in the afternoon. We brought our own travel set, and played near the lido pool area.

I have had Mah Jongg sets available on most of the ships. Sometimes they have to hunt them down but you need to be insistent. Since they eliminated the librarian position, it's a little difficult at times.[emoji6]
