Earning free drinks in casino

Do the casinos on Princess offer free drinks once you reach a certain point level on your players card?

I don't think there's anything specific for the drinks (like they do on Carnival). I'm in the casino a lot & the casino host generally stops by to say hi & offer me a drink quite often. It probably has to do with amount of play, but I've never seen anything official.

Sometimes the host will offer a round to the poker table. I think if they notice you are a regular, they will typically comp you a drink each evening. I wouldn't get overly excited about it. Nice gesture.

The only times I have ever been offered a free drink was when I hit jackpots on video poker or video keno that paid over $1000.

Just off the Royal and when my husband and I had over 1,000 points, we were offered free drinks

I earned about 15,000 points on my last cruise on the Crown back in April. I was not offered any free drinks, not even water while I played. They did offer me free play for my next cruise if booked within a certain amount of time.... I decided to pass on that.

Princess casinos are probably the worst as far as comping drinks while playing and lacking any sort of 'drinks on us' program.

 

The only time you get consistently get drinks while playing is if you are lucky enough to get a VIP cruise offer. There are several cruises offer thru the year which are VIP cruises. Those include a free drink card to be used while playing in the casino.

 

Otherwise it's up to the casino host to notice your play/points and offer you a drink now and then. Although I did hear a rumor that on Emerald there's something on the screen where you see your points while playing slot which offers/earns a drink every so often based on accumulation of points. Don't know if that's a test or what.
