Onkel_Ken Posted November 12, 2017 #7 Share Posted November 12, 2017 Happy birthday to the Marines. I am a 6 Army Vet and had the lucky experience to share HAWK missile training with the Marines in El Paso Texas in 1970. Had to remember that their sergeants were called Sir and ours were not. I did not enjoy the PT exercises with the Marines. What a thrill it was to get to Fort Bliss and be welcomed by Marine and Army drill sergeants. Army PT was not Marine PT and I learned that quick.
