Master Chef Dinner

Seems Veendam only had the same selection of food but did not have the "Fun" Chef's Menu presented in the same attractive manner as ours nor did Veendam have the entertainment.

 

I originally posted (when this whole conversation started on another thread) that VODM was experimenting with it to see passengers' reaction.

 

I still think that only VODM has (had) the full evenings dinner and entertainment.

 

Someone who had been on Veendam corrected me at the time......

 

Veendam is the only other ship about which I have heard the same menu selections were offered.

 

Perhaps it has been (is on) other ships but if anyone posted about it, I missed their post.

Seems as though the Master Chef dinner is only being offered on a very select few ships and only on long cruises.

 

Being as the Volendam is doing 10 day cruises, and as the Ryndam is doing 10 day cruises, I was surprised that it wasn't offered on our cruises.

I hope you get to see and enjoy it soon. It was my impression 'out and about the ship' that most of the passengers really enjoyed it. If that's the case, hopefully, they will expand it to be presented on all the ships in the near future.

Maybe its another "test" on only one ship like the dining times test on the Oosterdam. Maybe they are thinking of having dancing/singing waiters a la Carnival and Costa.....jean:cool:

No....The Master Chef's Dinner wasn't that style and it was only the one night out of ten.
