Rare Keith1010 Posted December 26, 2017 #2 Share Posted December 26, 2017 I have not returned to Seattle from Sydney but have taken similar flights. Yes you can make it to the Sydney Airport for a 2:30 PM or after flight. You should plan to arrive to the airport three hours before the flight. You would clear USA immigration/customs in Honolulu so be sure there is a lot of time between that flight and the one from Honolulu to Seattle. Happy Holidays. CruiserBruce Posted December 26, 2017 #3 Share Posted December 26, 2017 Keith is correct, as usual. A 2:30 flight is not a problem. With a couple of exceptions in Canada and Ireland, you will ALWAYS clear US Immigration and Customs at the first place you touch US soil. I have made the SYD-West Coast flight a number of times.
