You may have difficulty getting info on sending something to a staff member from these boards. These are mostly visited by passengers. Perhaps you could try calling Carnival.

You need to Carnival and explain what you want to do -- give the person's name and the ship he/she is sailing on. They can see to it that the gift is taken care of. Be prepared to pay for the gift via credit card right away.

Why don't you just ask your best friend what his mailing address is? I'm sure there is some post office box/ or other address that the ship staff utilize.

 

Asking for mailing address doesn't give away the surprise....or just get the return address off of the packages that he sends you.

While your intent is good, the last thing any crew member wants is another "thing". Their cabin's are for 2-4 people with very little storage. As a rule they are doing this job is for MONEY. Either to save or send home.

More than once I have read on these boards of PAX leaving "items" in staterooms for stewards on purpose as a "gift". Since not wanted, they are either thrown away or handed out to dockworkers
