Rare CruiserKris34 Posted January 12, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 12, 2018 On previous cruises, my phone time was all messed up and I didn't know what the true time was. I plan on taking a manual watch next month on Harmony. But, my question is....is there a clock to look at when we are getting off the ship? Don't want to be one of those people running down the pier!! LOL. Thanks :)
Clarea Posted January 12, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 12, 2018 I disable automatic time setting on the phone as soon as I get on the ship. That way if you turn on the phone while at sea or in a port with a different time zone, the phone won't automatically change time. Don't recall if there's a clock in view as you leave the ship. johnbob7 Posted January 12, 2018 #3 Share Posted January 12, 2018 If in doubt, ask one of the crew as you disembark. Be sure to ask, "what time is it "ship's time?'" bobj
cb at sea Posted January 12, 2018 #4 Share Posted January 12, 2018 There are clocks at ALL exits! Definitely check them and set your WATCH before leaving the ship!

It makes me feel better that i can look at that and dont have to wonder if my phone changed times on me.
