Any hints to effective gambling on cruise ships?

Recommended Posts

Very good post, have seen this over the years, winning on first day, last day, whenever which means the cruiseline has the ability to change the odds of winning. This is the #1 Myth of slot machines. All one has to do is look up RNG in Casinos on the internet and everything is clear.

Wow--thanks for this link. I enjoy walking through the casino and watching everyone--especially those who feed the machine that "pushes" money down the slot.

I didn't know anything about the RNG but sure enjoyed learning about it.

For my whole childhood my uncle had a pinball and juke box business. These machines were put in locations and he visited them, collecting the coins and servicing/fixing the machines. He also had a few one armed bandits. One incident I remember is vendors getting advance notice that a raid was going to take place and they had to go pull all the machines out. The pin ball machines just gave free games but I don't know how that sequence was set since this was before computers.
