Select Dining?

I'm not exactly sure about the Select Dining option.

Last Celebrity cruise we did, we simple asked for Late Seating and a table with at least 6 guests. We really enjoy dining with others.

Is this option a better choice? Do most guests prefer it this way?

There is no one choice that is better, or consistently preferred. Each cruise will be different, and longer cruises (i.e., older cruises) may prefer it one way, as opposed to younger cruises. Or families. Too many variables to predict.
