How to message John Heald?

I can't find a link on his page or on his blog page on how to send a message to John Heald. Anyone know the secret?

Normally if you message him on Facebook either he will reply or someone he works with will. He is sailing

on the Magic right now though I do believe.

I agree. I needed to contact him back in November and the only way I could do it was in a post - so I asked in a post if that was true and was answered by his staff member that Yes, a public post was the only way.

As others have already said, just post on his Facebook. His blog isn't up to date since he mainly uses Facebook as an outlet since it's the most popular.

If you need John to see your post you really need to post it when he is on line. Otherwise it gets buried on his timeline.

It's been a couple of years since I messaged him but if I remember correctly, I had to use a desktop version of FaceBook and go to the Visitor's Posts section of his FB page. I posted the message and he responded quickly and was able to help me with my question.

You can do it from your phone as well. But you have to go into visitors post

He says a day or two before your cruise is best for request. Make sure you include namr, booking #, cruise and cabin #.

To get a message to him must post when he is answering others.

 

Otherwise not going to get a response.
