web site says my reservation is being modified

Trying to log in to my cruise and I get the message "your reservation is currently being modified... please try again later" Is this a sign of trouble? Tech glitch? Maybe something wonderful happening like a free suite upgrade? Slightly concerned.

If you were in your own reservation in the last 20 minutes, that could be the cause. This happens occasionally. Try again in a little while.

I noticed when im logged in on 2 devices, it will say that. As soon as i log out of one, i can get in.

I'm amazed their systems even function at this point. The interface looks like it's 20 years old.

You have to make sure that you always log out so that within the next 20 to 30 minutes you can log in.

Happened to me often. Just wait a bit and keep trying.

You can try shutting down your browser and then trying again. This works with a lot of sites. If not just wait it out.

Bob suggested a trick when others have had the problem persist for more than an hour. Use the back door to log into the cruise: https://secure.royalcaribbean.com/beforeyouboard/getCountdownToCruise.do?cS=NAVBAR&pnav=3&snav=6

 

In our case we had multiple reservations and all of them were locked. Back door fixed the problem.

Try closing in and out of your browser. Clear your cache. Reset your history. Turn your computer on, and then off. Jump up and down 3 times. Say a little prayer, cross your fingers, and try again. :)

I gotta agree. The RC website is one of the worst to navigate through that I have seen. It takes about 10 clicks to get into my reservation and see the calendar. Plus they no good mobile app.

Have you tried Celebrity? Parent RCCL is still better, IMHO:)

Why are they still using Flash on the website? Some features are not avilable on mobile. Get with the times!

They are making so much money. Invest some in the website.
